Route :I
Admissions are as per Sainik School Society / NTA Norms. Students who have applied to the AISSEE online at exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE, can take admission through the counseling process.
Route :II
Students who wish to prepare for AISSEE, they may join our Pre Sainik Batches. School will ensure their preparation for AISSEE. These students may join Sainik School Vertical through NSS 60% route of AISSEE.
Eligibility criteria for Sainik School Etawah:
Age Limit:
- Boys and girls aged between 10 and 12 years are eligible for admission to Class VI.
- For Class IX admission,
the age limit is 13 to 15 years as of July 31st of the admission year.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have passed Class V for Class VI admission and Class VIII for Class IX admission from a recognized school.

Note: – Overage /underage candidates will not be eligible for admission.
Age Proof Certificates:-
(a) Date of Birth indicated in the TC issued by the previous school if already studying.
(b) Original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Committee/ Board / Corporation Block, maintained in their Birth Register.
(c) Serving personnel of the Armed Forces will be required to produce a certified copy of the extract of the Part II order in support of the date of birth of their Son/ward. In the case of children born after the individual’s release /retirement from service, the provisions of subparagraphs (a) & (b) above will apply.
Admission Process at Sainik School Etawah

Entrance Examination

Joining Instructions for Admission
Joining instructions are issued only to boys and girls who are finally selected for admission to the School. The joining instructions contain the following documents which are required to be completed/submitted at the time of admission.
